What's the difference between the 14 and 30 sachet box?
The 14-sachet box covers two weeks and is a good way to try a formula. The 30-sachet box covers a full month and costs less per day.
Can I change my pack after ordering?
Yes. You can swap supplements, switch packs or change box size any time before your next box ships.
How do I take my sachet?
Tear it open and take everything inside with food and water, ideally at the same time each day. If your sachet is split into morning and evening, take one with breakfast and one with dinner.
Can I cancel my subscription?
